A couple of friends insisted that we come here to try their ice cream. There was a kilometer long line, on a Friday night, but despite this the staff was kind and helpful, even when I mentioned that I was celiac. The gentleman who served me didn't make me feel bad about it being peak time at all and explained their AIC protocol to me, discarding a gluten-free cone. It was a pleasant surprise, and the ice cream is undoubtedly the best I've ever eaten. We will definitely be back ❤️

We’ve tasted more than a few really good gelatos and this one is definitely the best. They have NINE different chocolate flavors (mostly dark, but a few milk) and THREE different pistachio flavors. I got two of the dark chocolates - one with bits of cocoa and one with hazelnuts. They keep the chocolates and other light sensitive flavors in the metal canisters. Although this may not be near a tourist destination, it is worth the detour to get there. (And for those that may have dairy or gluten issues, they did have clear markings for allergens on most of the signs).

I ate an excellent ice cream last night at this ice cream shop belonging to the AIC. A very particular note of merit is that it is all artisanal made by them, including the truly excellent gluten-free waffles, which can also be purchased separately. They also have a selection of both dairy-free and vegan flavours, therefore also recommended for lactose intolerance. Congratulations ♡.
