I recommend Noobis' stuffed pasta and fresh pasta. Surprising products because despite being gluten free they are really good and capable of satisfying all palates. The only discordant note was not finding the talented Flaminia in the Monteverde shop, always kind and professional, an added value of the place. I hope to see it in the shop soon.
