We dined here and unfortunately had a terrible experience from a gluten intolerance perspective. We ordered the bao buns and miso ramen with gluten-free noodles, confirming multiple times with our server that they were safe for gluten allergy. We also doubled checked when the food arrived. And they said yes including the fried batter on the meat is gluten free. While paying, we saw that bao buns were not listed on the allergen menu at all.
Despite all of this, it became clear that the food was not truly gluten-free, leading to a very uncomfortable reaction. This kind of oversight is not just disappointing — it's dangerous for people with dietary restrictions.
Due to this experience, we won’t be returning, and we hope the restaurant takes better care with allergen labeling and staff training moving forward.

Great noodle restaurant serving good quality noodles with fresh vegetables. Plenty of seating inside and a few tables outside. Loved the teriyaki chicken and yakisoba noodles (gluten free option). Gyoza also great.
