I have celiac (gluten, wheat, rye, barley)
I have never had an issue with this company (in other states) making my pad thai correctly and also handling it correctly until last night. I am in St Louis for work and ordered this for dinner. I took one very small bite and less than 10 minutes later I was having an allergic reaction. Luckily I got it under control but I was unable to eat my meal. Yall should make the note section a little longer so people with special requests can make it very clear, yall also need to train your people to what gluten is (as well as other allergens).
