Ewww. Husband and I ate here recently and he got a regular meal while I got gluten free. Both of us had noodles that were overcooked mush. Sent an email to Noodles about the poor quality and was offered a free gift card but it was so bad, we refused it. Wasted $25 there, so a refund would have been more appropriate. I found out that a few weeks prior, a friend had the same experience at this location. She also sent an email to Noodles and took the free gift card that was offered. She and her kids went back to give them another try, but she said the experience was exactly the same and she’s done. The name of the restaurant is “Noodles & Co.” They should probably figure our how to properly cook a noodle.
