Noodles and Company

Not only were they out of all Mac n Cheese, an essential for the company and probably the most popular dish, I ordered buttered noodles instead with gluten free pasta shells and grilled chicken as I have celiac and I’m allergic to gluten. They gave me *mostly* gf noodles with multiple normal noodles mixed in filled with gluten, but they also gave me parmesan crusted chicken instead of grilled, which is not gluten free. I started to eat some before I realized and had to throw the rest away and will most likely be having stomach issues tonight. It’s worth the trip to Crossroads instead of Beaver Creek. Don’t go here.

I have never ordered from Noodles & Company until today. I've always been hesitant because I am gluten sensitive. Just the word 'Noodle' made me think the menu was not all inclusive for different ingredient needs. However, they do have a gluten sensitive mac and cheese. The noodles in it-you would have never expected to be gluten free. It is marked as 'gluten sensitive' and NOT 'gluten free', I would assume because there are other items being prepped that do contain gluten on site. By far the best GS mac and cheese I have ever had. I added the parmesan crusted chicken to the mac. Match made in heaven. Also, the fountain drinks had a perfect ratio of carbonation and syrup. That can sometimes be difficult to find. Anyway, absolutely would recommend. Will be ordering again. Would have posted a photo of the mac but I couldn't stop eating.
