I am gluten sensitive/free, and have been for 10+years. I have a chronic issue, that is EXTREMELY painful when gluten is consumed. Tonight I went to the Cool Springs location and noticed that the cauliflower Gnocchi and rigatoni were listed under the gluten sensitive list as options. I asked which they recommended because I was gluten-free, and they said the rigatoni. About 1.5 hours after consuming it I got sick and have been for several hours now. I looked up the ingredients list online only to find pit that what I ate was in fact filled with gluten, thus explaining my discomfort. I am quite upset and frustrated, as I was mislead not only by the menu, but also the employees. Im not usually one to leave a review, and in fact this is my first, but I feel like someone needed to know. Yes, I should have looked up the ingredients list before I went, but I also wish that the employees would have listened to what j had asked for.
