I ordered a Pad Thai. Erica, at the cash register, said, "Do you have a gluten allergy?" I didn't mention that to her, she saw me looking at a gluten free menu while I was in line. And I said, "I'm not celiac but try to avoid it." Then she told someone in the kitchen that she would clean a pan before cooking. That is top notch consideration and it was so appreciated.
