Noodles and Company

Every time I go to Noodles and Company, I order the Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese with grilled chicken and the gluten free pipette noodles because I have Celiac’s disease, which results in a gastrointestinal reaction if I have wheat. For some reason, every time I’ve gone to this specific location they give me the crusted chicken even though I specifically ask for the grilled. The last couple of times I’ve eaten here they give me the wrong chicken, and I eat it thinking it’s grilled. After the first couple of bites of chicken I realize it’s not grilled, and get a reaction. Not only is the chicken have a coating, the rest of my food is now contaminated because of this so I can’t eat my food. They seem to get the rest of my family’s order but never mine which is the most crucial to get right. This is now the 4th time I’ve given this restaurant a shot and will not be returning.

They ran out of spaghetti noodles and couldn't swap buttered noodles without charging extra for the meatballs. Also, no kid-sized rice Krispy, although there were 7 or 8 adult-sized ones in plain view. Food ended up being fine except for two wrong noodles in my dish (luckily, I don't have a gluten allergy) and the $8.00 kids meal.
