Placed order on the app and substituted for gluten free noodles. My order online shows this substitution but then when I picked up I was surprised to see the gluten free noodles on the side. It seems there was an error on the app for the substitution that didn't go through to their system correct. When I asked them to fix it, the manager berated me and said it was my fault and I just didn't know what I was doing. I showed her my order and she continued to berate me in front of her staff and customers while another staff member remade it. Definitely not an appropriate response to the situation. I definitely don't recommend this location if this is acceptable behavior from a manager.
