Noodles and Company

Last night I ordered from the Buffalo Grove location. I don't typically order online. I have celiac disease so I wanted gluten free noodles. In the order I put add gluten free noodles thinking that is how I should order it. After I picked up the order and brought it home I noticed they didn't look right. I looked at the receipt and it said GF noodles. I had a couple of people try it and they said that it didn't seem like GF so I called the restaurant and to ask. I told the person that I needed them to be GF and she assured me they were so I ate the noodles. I was throwing up until mid-night so I called the store to tell them what happened. The manager and the cook who prepared them the night before was there and told me it was all my fault. I told him I may not have done it correctly but that is why I called to make sure. He was very rude and when I asked for my money to be refunded he said "I cannot do that" since it is your fault. I reminded him that I called because I was worried and there is no diet where it would make sense to add GF noodles to regular noodles. He just kept repeating that it was my fault and will not refund my money. He was incredibly unprofessional.

I love the convenience of ordering for pickup online via their website or the app! As someone with dietary restrictions, they offer a wide variety of safe options especially if you are gluten free. I was happy to see that I could order my favorite Pesto Cavatappi without cream or cheese, making it dairy free! And then I selected rice noodles to make it gluten free. So delicious!!
