Noodles and Company

Food was ok to good. I'm a former chef - a few spices and some basil, fresh garlic would put the sauce over the top (with a few more noodles). The workers were nice and helpful. They were constantly cleaning. I had spaghetti & meatballs, my wife had parmesan chicken & pasta. I would go back. They need to "update" the menu with some other noodle dishes. Add: Asian noodle & shrimp/meat dishes. Maybe a few Asian noodle dishes, like a bowl with some fresh vegetables, scallions & ability to spice it up if you want. Add sliced pork or beef to it. Make a broth and gluten free noodle. Savor up some sauces & perk up the menu! Pull in more customers! Eat what you are serving!

I don’t eat here super often as being allergic to gluten and dairy my options are limited. But everytime I do the amount of sauce I get is less and less and the quality of the beef goes down more and more. Definitely better options for better food for the price.
