Noodles is a criminally underrated chain in America. I rarely have a bad experience and this experience at this Kansas stop is no different. Everyone was so nice taking my order. I enjoyed every bite of my Buffalo Mac with gluten sensitive noodles. They were kind enough to be sure to ask if I had a gluten allergy to be sure that they needed to make more changes to my food. I don’t. But I’m pleased they asked. In a time where kind service is rare, I definitely recommend you stop in here.

Love the fact they have Zoodles! You can get almost all their normal noodle dishes with zoodles. (Zucchini noodles) and they still have their other choices as well. They do have a kids meal with 2 sides for an entree and a gluten free menu but they warn of cross contamination.
