One of my personal favorite vegetarian options at Noodles & Co is the mushroom stroganoff at Noodles & Co - made with sautéed mushrooms, roasted garlic cream sauce, and egg noodles. The dish is rich, creamy, and full of savory umami flavor. The mushrooms are perfectly cooked and provide a satisfying meaty texture, while the sauce is decadent without being too heavy. One of the great things about Noodles & Co is that they offer a range of customization options, so you can make your mushroom stroganoff even more delicious by adding in your favorite veggies or extra protein.
