We ordered a few of the gluten-sensitive dishes and loved them. The real winner was the Mac n Cheese because it typically isn't GF.

My mom has celiac disease, and Noodles is one of the few places I can take my mom to without having anxiety about getting gluten in the dish. The staff are always friendly and the food is consistently tasty. If there is an issue, management is always quick to rectify it.
