As someone with gluten intolerance, I’ve always been cautious about trying Indian cuisine due to the risk of hidden gluten. But Noois Cafe changed that for me! I tried their gluten-free sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious — honestly, mind-blowing! I’m so excited to go back and try their gluten-free Kathi Roll next.
