separate gluten free menu. separate gluten free fryer. food tasted great. Server knew about celiac disease and handled order accordingly, even took pic of seasoned French fries label, so I could confirm for myself. CAVEAT: NO buns available for burgers (choose none or lettuce wrap)

First -the food is delicious. I have a gluten allergy and they have excellent gluten free options; they take great allergy precautions. Second, our server /bartender (Spencer) was amazing -perhaps one of the best servers I've had in quite some time. He waited on me and I returned to the restaurant a week later and he recalled what I was drinking, brought me a GF menu without asking, and even recalled what foods I had the last visit. This dude is definitely a great server and an obvious asset to Nordy's. Now -the food was amazing! The smoked wings (finished in the fryer) were delicious. The meats are great and all of their sauces are great. The atmosphere is fun and relaxing. I am impressed with Nordy's, with Spencer, and with the meats!
