If you only have time to visit one winery, Norman Hardie is the one to choose. Mature vines and flavorful, beautifully ripe wines reminiscent of the vineyards of France and Sonoma Valley. The wood-fired pizzas offer a variety of surprising flavors. The restaurant offers several gluten-free options. In short, a must-see!

We had an exceptional time at the Norman Hardie Winery. From the moment we arrived, everything was in place for a memorable experience. One of the highlights is undoubtedly the attention paid to celiacs: several gluten-free options are offered, prepared with great care. Separate ovens, exclusively dedicated to gluten-free cooking, provide much-needed safety and peace of mind. Although the day was cool and windy, the staff ensured everyone's comfort by providing several blankets—a simple but thoughtful gesture that greatly enhanced the experience. The overall ambiance was charming, with well-chosen music: just enough to create a pleasant atmosphere, but never too loud to interfere with conversation. A perfect balance. The wine tasting was another highlight of the visit. All the wines offered were excellent, each with its own personality and complexity. However, a special mention must be made of the “Wismer Vineyard” Pinot Noir—a wine so exceptional that it eclipsed all others. Delicious doesn't begin to describe it: it's a wine of rare finesse and depth, leaving a lasting impression long after the last sip. A place to recommend without hesitation, both for the quality of its products and for the excellent service and attention to detail. We will definitely be back.
