Their Gluten-free cake is AMAZING! I found I am allergic to wheat and miss cake, until now. For my son's graduation party I had 1 regular cake and a Gluten-free from North Water. Everyone asked about this cake commenting on how good it was. They were shocked when I told them it's Gluten-free! A friend of mine, her son prefers this cake over regular because it tastes so good.
