This restaurant had five stars from my family until today. I ordered carryout for our typical order that’s $250+. My elementary school daughter is celiac and has to eat gluten free options. Her order tonight was terrible. We order this regularly, too. The pasta was far undercooked (crunchy, not merely al dente), and the sauce was an awfully sour and watery green mess. The cooks forgot half the recipe in the sauce, no pine nuts, no cheese, no capers. Very disappointing. Now, I have to source new food for her at 8:30 at night.

First time dining at North Italia and we enjoyed everything we ordered. One of my family members is gluten-free and was so happy to be able to order pizza and pasta! We ordered the gluten-free white truffle garlic bread and it is delicious! We couldn't tell it was gluten-free. Our server, Lexi, was attentive and great! The atmosphere is very inviting and comfortable. We can't wait to go back!

Got glutened even though we specifically called out our celiac disease to the waitress (it's also called out in any reservation we make through OpenTable, which we did). She did repeat our order as Gluten Free but the pizza was definitely not GF. Not sure where the mistake happened. My daughters got really sick, and one of them has vomited 10 times up until now (6 hours later). I just feel bloated, nothing compared to what they're feeling. Very frustrating as a parent to feel this helpless. I just called them to talk to the manager to let them know the situation. I talked to Ryan who was very understanding and apologetic. He assured me that he will talk to his staff regarding this situation and he mentioned they take these issues very seriously. He offered to make it up to us, but as a celiac and father of two celiac girls, I passed. I don't feel safe eating there again.
