Worth the hype! Had lunch; a Christmas gift from family and it was pretty amazing.
Me: Duck Ravioli (1) with miso sauce, green and lovely. We are talking fine cuisine here, so don't get over excited.
Roast pork loin and sticky sausage with crackling (crumbs) a shallot with jus (thin gravy) to die for and a rhubarb dessert that must have been very time consuming toput together and wonderful to eat. It all tastes amazing ( said that already but it does) and a 3 course meal does hit the spot.
Him: Gluten free and no problem, prawn toast and bisque with froth, pork loin and a Manchester Tart.
The location on a sunny spring afternoon, where you can see the Lancashire country side for miles is breath taking. So...find a family member who loves you and owes you one and get them to pay and enjoy a meal your tongue was made to savour. Failing that, save your pennies and add to your bucket list.
