Northwest Pizza

Pizza is SO good and they have vegan and gluten free options. The JoJo's are to die for and we had no idea what a small order was going to be. Great place to watch baseball, friendly staff.

I enjoy so much of Northwest. They have hands-down the best fries in town. The hand breaded chicken tenders are fantastic. Pizza is very good. Gluten free options too. However, the wait times are always longer than they say (by 20+ minutes). There is always something missing in the bag (that is stapled shut so you don't look in it before leaving). The only condiments for their delicious tenders and fries are ranch/blue cheese or ketchup packets (I am dairy free and don't love ketchup, especially from a packet.). No napkins, forks or extra sauces are ever included in the bag. To add ANY condiment to a burger is an upcharge. Burger buns are not toasted so the bread is soggy. Cmon guys, this is basic stuff. The food itself is great and this restaurant has the potential to be the best in Ashland. Missing the mark in these areas has made me repeatedly dissatisfied and disappointed. I give it another chance and it happens again. I know now that I wont be returning. PS. look at the owners replies on 1-star reviews. He is rude, condescending, does not take responsibility for his or the restaurants actions. Wow. I would have never come in the first place if I knew ownership treated customers (PEOPLE in general) in such a way.
