Nostos Seafood Experience

On holiday in Milos as a couple, in one week we had dinner here 2 times and lunch 1. Arriving at lunch time, knowing nothing about the island, and staying in Adamas, we looked for a nearby restaurant to have lunch and we were convinced with various positive reviews. The discovery was truly excellent. It is not a traditional Greek restaurant, traditional dishes are present but they are revisited in a very interesting way and with extreme taste, furthermore there are various excellent cuisine options. We highly recommend the pasta with sea urchins or the linguine, the fried food, the smoked fish fillet and the desserts. We didn't find anything that wasn't really good. Furthermore, it is worth noting recently that they take extreme care of any intolerances or allergies and have various gluten-free solutions including delicious bread. The staff is extremely friendly, polite and kind. In high season they no longer accept reservations but next to the restaurant there is a place, owned by the same owner, where you can sit and drink an aperitif while waiting. The prices are in line with the restaurants on the island, in fact given the quality it is certainly more worth it than many other places.

This restaurant in Milos was the best I’ve had in my trip to Greece so far (Mykonos, Paros and Ios). The staff were so accommodating and made sure we could get a table for 4 on the water. Food was exceptional and the staff (especially Giannas) were so friendly and chatty. Any tourist should save room in there stomach for this menu as the chefs out did themselves!! Also my best friend is gluten-free and they ensured he could also enjoy bread with the lovely Greek tatziki. Highly recommend!
