Amazing food. Best gluten free pizza - soft fluffy crust. Safe for sensitive celiac!!! Worth a 7 min drive from Frankenmuth if visiting the area nearby. Can make any pizza gluten free. Celiac recommended. Very nice owners came out to talk with us as well about his search for a great gluten free crust. Have a sit down area fast food style sit down area - order at counter and have tables. Pickle pizza is also with trying if you like pickles :)

I have celiac disease so here’s my review for the GF boys and gals. The gluten free options were absolutely amazing!! I’ve had the GF cheese bread (10/10 delicious), GF Notch'Yo Cheesy bread (1000/10) best cheese bread I’ve ever eaten it’s amazing you have to try, GF BBQ Chicken Pizza (10/10 super good pizza best BBQ sauce ever). Both cheese breads and pizza have a very nice thick soft but fluffy bread/crust. The thick bread to me is a favorite because you don’t ever get to have that with celiac disease it’s hard to find. I tried all three sauces the garlic parm butter is just so good it’s amazing, the red sauce great just as expected, and their house made ranch is simply the best ranch on earth I’m a ranch girly so I would know😉 I also had the Adult Chips, Cheese,& Meat I had them add sour cream and just like everything else they were great! Good GF Eats at Notch’Yo I highly recommend. Also I have never gotten sick eating there I would say the owners are very well educated on celiac disease and cross contamination!!
