Pros: - Great (and big) café, great range of options, many gluten free choices including my favourite, gf fish and chips. Café staff are really friendly. Picture is the gluten free penne! Delicious. - Some days there’s a fishmonger just outside the exit selling fresh seafood! - Dog friendly so you can take your pup, or meet friendly pups - Pet centre is brilliant, good range of products. Also often live birds, tortoises, hamsters, rabbits, geckos, exotic fish and even um hissing cockroaches (if you like that kind of thing!) - Lovely range of plants, not too expensive either - Outbuildings and shed showroom at the back is great, good variety and nobody badgering you into sales! Cons: - Can feel a bit disorganised, and can be difficult to get help quickly - Dogs aren’t allowed inside the cafe, which makes it difficult if you’re a single pup parent - Not a great food selection in the farm shop area, I’d love more options and more locally sourced fresh food available - Not very air-conditioned and gets extremely hot at times, so chocolates and things melt during summer. Overall, it’s a great afternoon trip and one I do every few weeks. In my view, the best garden centre in Norfolk. The coffee isn’t going to win any awards, but it’s a great spot for light lunch and a cuppa, before a wander round to look at the plants & the pets.
