Lauren and her team go above and beyond. She's one of the most generous business owners I have ever met. She can even accommodate a poor cake starved Celiac, like myself. They are moist and delicious, no sandy after taste and many people I have shared her bundts with say, are you sure this is Gluten Free? They can't taste the difference. The non-gluten free cakes are delicious and have many more flavors, according to my husband who loves the lemon one! Thanks for being a part of the Westminster business community, glad you're here.
