CROSS CONTAMINATION!!!! I spoke to the owner face to face and asked him how well they safeguard against gluten cross contamination for their gluten free cakes. He reassured me that they clean very thoroughly and that they give their product to friends with celiacs disease all the time without any issues. I bought a cake for my mother who has celiacs and she complained of gluten symptoms later that day without having eaten other potential sources of contamination. They are not as careful as they say and I do not like being lied to for the sake of a sale.
