Tanja the store manager is the sweetest person. She patiently taught us all about the concept of this unique store. The beef and cheese sandwich was amazing and there was a chicken w onion, fresh spinach that was equally amazing as well. This is a cool concept for a retail grocery with many gluten free and vegan options as well. I’m so happy to have visited this store and my family and I will definitely be back really soon❤️

Great customer service! The chef is on his A game! The bistro staff is super helpful! They accommodate all type of food allergies and preferences! They have vegan options, gluten free options, and lactose free options! Great owners and employees! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
