Ate here for lunch. They have gluten free pasta and confirmed it was cooked separately and prepared in a separate part of the kitchen. Head chef is supposed to be coeliac. Food was lovely as well. Would recommend to book. We walked in and were lucky be seated.

Great experience as a coeliac. I believe the chef is coeliac so they totally understand what they are doing.
The potato terrine was great.
The short rib raging was the star of the show though.

Me and my best friend booked Nova for food and drinks on Thursday night for 830pm. The gluten free and vegan/vegetarian options were impressive, and delicious. I had gluten free pasta with a tomato sauce, and my friend had ravioli parcels of some sort. We also had a side each and shared a dessert, with a Hugo spritz each as well. The bill came to about £70 which was surprisingly cheap. I usually hate going out for food as someone with dietary requirements but will definitely be back!! Staff were so lovely and accommodating. Amazing experience
