Noy's Bistro is one of the best- kept secrets in Universal City... but the secret needs to get out there! Not, the chef herself is fantastic with authentic flavors and does an incredible job of meeting my dietary needs. She can make anything I want to be gluten free. LOVE Noy's Bistro.... check it out!
