NuVue Bar And Grill

I have celiacs and I’m always looking for a restaurant that will accommodate. We took our friends there to try it together for the first time. It was busy which is great to see! Everyone who worked there was so nice too from the minute we walked in until we left. I told the waitress about my gluten issue and it was no problem. I got the blackened grouper with asparagus; it was delicious and bonus, I didn’t get sick, which is always a major nail biting moment when I go out to eat. The rest of the group also got the grouper as well as the ahi tuna and only good things to say. I’m looking forward to going back during patio season and seeing what else they do with their gluten free options. Maybe someday they’ll have a dedicated fryer which would be amazing. I also hope that restaurants will start to switch from seed oils to other options!
