Numa - Die Nudelmacher Domplatz

I ate here for the first time today. I was also just visiting Erfurt. I was looking for something gluten-free to eat and then came across Numa. He immediately asked me how severe my intolerance was (luckily! Not so severe that every trace of gluten wreaks havoc in my body). And I was happy to be able to get gluten-free pasta. Unfortunately, that's not a given. The food was delicious!

I can absolutely recommend NuMa! They have gluten free noodles for surcharge about 2€. Every dish (no matter if gluten-free or not) is made separately. You can choose from a few vegan options too. The staff is trained and informed about possible cross-contamination.

Highly recommended – a paradise for people with celiac disease! We visited Die Nudelmacher in Erfurt and were absolutely thrilled! As someone with celiac disease, it's often difficult to go out to eat without worrying – but here you feel like you're in the best hands from the very first moment. The owners are extremely knowledgeable about celiac disease and immediately understood what's important – including the extremely important measures to prevent cross-contamination. I've rarely felt as safe as I did here! Everything was prepared with the utmost care and absolute understanding of the condition. We had the gluten-free pasta with salmon and with beef – both dishes were not only safe, but also a true culinary highlight! The pasta was cooked to perfection, the sauces incredibly flavorful, and the ingredients were absolutely fresh. Here you can see: quality, knowledge, and passion go hand in hand. For people with celiac disease, this restaurant is a rare and valuable exception – and a delight for everyone else, too. 100% recommendation – we will definitely come back!
