Lovely place , had blondie cake and coffee , i explained to the waitress that i was very sorry but found the cake dry , i was told i couldn't have a refund as id ate some of it !!also told it was gluten free and that's how it tastes , even though it didnt state it was gluten free , Very reluctantly they agreed to give me another , i could hear the management ( not the lovely young girl ) staff muttering that no one else had complained!! Dreadful customer service , wont be returning !!!!
