While on vacation, we wanted to try the tasting menu at Number One. Thankfully, they were able to accommodate my gluten allergy. We loved EVERY course. As Americans, it was a great way for us to taste local items. The dishes were equally scrumptious and beautiful.
We've been to other Michelin starred tasting menus and this may be our favorite!
