I am very impressed with the 'Build your Plate' option on the menu, which allows you to easily choose the amount of protein and carbs that you need and then choose from a great plethora of veggies. I don't eat dairy and gluten, and I follow a low carb diet, and it is often hard for me to eat out, even in many healthy food places because there is always something not quite for me in the healthy meals offered. Here, I felt 'at home', I just chose what I would normally eat and it was very tasty. I had the beef meatballs with tomatoe sauce and baked sprouts, which were well cooked and delicious. The staff is also very friendly. I am definitely coming back, there is a naked burger to try 😉
