Customer service can't fault it. Food in other hand wasn't great and this is our 3rd time. Feels like gets worst as we go along. Had pulled pork but was really a left over quite hard and tough. Gluten free was not highlighted either

Under now new management Ordered food and drinks waited 20 mins for two milkshakes. Then a further 30 mins for food. It was hot but had items that we had asked to be removed, items missing and not very nice gluten free bread with margarine and black corners.
