Absolutely my new favorite place for gluten free pizza. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is perfectly lovely, it feels like home. The restaurant feels upscale and classy but not pretentious. Lorenzo was my server and he was top notch, he did not leave me wanting for a moment. The food is truly Italian to the core.

His knowledge of the menu and what items were gluten-free was incredibly reassuring and helpful. Initially, I approached this meal with some skepticism, having had mixed experiences at other gluten-free pizza places in the DFW area. However, No. 28 truly surprised me. The crust was delightfully soft, not at all crumbly, and it had a wonderful flavor that complemented the fresh toppings beautifully. One of the standout features was how well the pizza held up; it never became soggy, allowing me to enjoy every bite. We also tried the chocolate cake for dessert, which turned out to be just as impressive. It was moist and decadent, and several people at our table agreed, offering compliments about its rich texture and taste. Overall, I highly recommend No. 28 Pizzeria for anyone who is gluten intolerant and looking for a delicious pizza experience.
