O'Brien's Irish Pub and Restaurant

I was really disappointed with our recent tea time experience. We called nearly two weeks in advance to confirm that they could accommodate both vegan and gluten-free dietary needs, and we were assured they could. Unfortunately, what we were served didn’t come close to a proper tea service. While the rest of our group received a full three-tier tray with sandwiches, scones, and desserts, I was given a tiny bowl of fruit, a bowl of plain lettuce with a couple cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices, and a “sandwich” consisting of just lettuce, a tomato slice, and a piece of onion. One entire tier of my tray was left empty. Despite this, I was charged the exact same price as everyone who received a full tea experience. I appreciate when restaurants try to accommodate dietary needs, but this felt like an afterthought and absolutely not worth the price.

Amazing atmosphere, great food and lots of gluten free options! Even with the specials.

This restaurant is a gem! Simple menu, family friendly, and courteous staff makes this a go to place for regulars. Gluten free options available to include the fries, but the Shepherd's Pie was great!
