While items are marked, I ordered a salmon bowl that said it was gluten free. I decided to let them know I was GF just in case, and thank god I did because he said actually the ponzu and the edamame were not GF on there. So it must be GF modifiable but I wouldn’t have known that. Definitely tell them about your allergy if you have one. I’m slightly weary.
