OBON Sushi Bar Ramen

Came in for a Ramen! it was made perfectly, fresh, tasty, top notch. They had only 1 sort of wheat noodles, but it was amazing! My gluten free wife took it with rice.

SO GOOD! We decided to check this place out yesterday for a late lunch and fell in love. I have celiacs disease, so gluten free menu items are very important to me. While nothing is indicated as gf on the menu, our waitress was well educated (note: the host at the front wasn’t aware if they offered anything gf and had to check - but he seemed new). There are 3 special sushi rolls that can be gf, and any of the basic rolls can be adapted. I opted for the poke bowl with tuna (be sure to ask for ½ rice, ½ greens - you will want to try both!) and my mouth is seriously watering just thinking about it. TASTY! I’m VERY gluten sensitive, cross-contamination will knock me down for a week, and I’ve had zero reaction. We’ve found our new favorite place! If only it were closer to our home. We will be making the drive - it’s that good!
