Wonderful customer service! Jose who owns this business came out to our company event and accommodated us and made the experience worth it. They do not have a travel fee which was great and he provided us with extra shade so our employees would not stand in line in the sun. He was kind enough to take our company photo and volunteered to play music out of his truck since our speaker was not working. They had a vast amount of diverse selections with gluten free and allergy friendly options for our employees who have dietary restrictions. I would use this company again!

We recently hired OC Ice cream for my son's birthday party, and it was a fantastic experience! The truck arrived right on time, and the vibrant, nostalgic design immediately caught everyone's attention, adding a festive touch to the celebration. They even had dairy-free and gluten-free options, which was a huge plus for some of our guests. Jose was incredibly friendly and patient with the kids, making the experience even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone was happy and even took the time to explain the different flavors available. The serving sizes were generous, and the quality of the ice cream was top-notch. Overall, OC ice cream exceeded our expectations and made my child's birthday party a memorable event.
