Exceptional service and food! And if you need gluten free options, I can't recommend Olivia enough!

Our server, Kaitlyn, is one of the best ever. She was super friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. She made our visit delightful! Lobster fettuccine, veal Parmesan, Brussel sprouts were all to die for! Great vibe in the atmosphere…busy but not overwhelming. Would definitely recommend a reservation on a weekend. Looking forward to going back and trying more on their menu. So many gluten free options, may need many visits!!

I am absolutely livid with our Olivia experience A week ago, my wife had dinner here with two of her friends. They chose Olivia because of its gluten friendly options. My wife made it clear she was gluten free for health reasons and the waiter acknowledged it multiple times. They ordered the gluten free garlic bread, gf burrata dish, and gf pizza. They had such a great dinner and evening my wife and I came back a week later. She ordered the gluten free pizza again but this time when it came out with a very different crust, got concerned and asked for clarification, only to learn that this is the and the only gluten free pizza crust they have. And what she got last time was regular crust with gluten. This immediately ruined the evening because my wife has been gluten free for over a year due to medical issues (5-month long migraine and numbness in half her body, Mayo Clinic visits, etc) and now learned the recent symptoms she’s gotten were likely the result of that dinner. We spoke to the assistant manager and the following came from the conversation: 1) his initial reaction was to “coach” her on how to identify gluten in foods in the future, making her feel as if she was to blame for the mistake 2) confirmation her pizza last time wasn’t gluten free and neither were the burrata or garlic break 3) he gave us his card and said when we come back, to email him ahead of time and he’ll make sure all our food is gluten free My wife feels violated that a year+ of no gluten to prevent these health issues has been taken away from her with minimal accountability from the restaurant beyond a lesson in identifying gluten in breads. I hope others can see how poor of an experience this was.
