OLIVO MEDITERRANEAN FARE

The whole grilled Bronzino at Olivo Mediterranean Fare was incredible…crispy skin, tender flaky meat, and a bright hit of lemon and herbs made it a standout. The sides were just as good: flavorful saffron rice, fresh sautéed veggies, and perfectly crisp house-made chips. What really took the experience to the next level was the phenomenal service and our server was beyond knowledgeable about gluten-free options and walked us through every dish with care and confidence. It’s rare to feel that taken care of while eating out, especially with dietary restrictions. Fresh, flavorful, and stress-free, Olivo delivered on every level!!
