OMAKAI sushi

I had an amazing experience at Omakai! The omakase-style seven-course meal was absolutely delicious, with each seafood dish surpassing the last. Our waitress, Joselyn, was fantastic and made the experience even more enjoyable. She was super detailed oriented, respectful and attentive to my dietary needs, which included gluten and dairy sensitivities. They were also extremely accommodating to our last minute reservation. We got the heaven sake which was light but huge and had us feeling good. The tuna hand roll was my personal favorite but we couldn’t even pick a favorite nigiri because every piece was tender, melt in your mouth and delicious. The burnt cheesecake was very rich. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Incredible lunch omakase experience. Very affordable at $40/person. Fresh variety sushi, sashimi, and hand rolls. Accommodating for gluten free needs, removing sauces as needed and providing tamari, although they left all toppings off instead of just gluten free ones, which was a bit odd. For LA people, this is like the Sugarfish of Miami.
