The best bread, gluten-free, that I have tasted since 23 years ago, when I was diagnosed with celiac disease. Even if you do not have the possibility of heating it, it is tasty, soft, with a delicate flavor. This bread has exceeded my expectations beyond the goodness it is also nutritious and healthy for the excellent organic ingredients you use.
