Awesome staff - super helpful with celiac and gluten free options - great food

We were there last night and we asked the girl at the door if she had bread for celiacs since my daughter is allergic to gluten and she didn't say no and that both meat and fish were grilled, she accompanied us to the table and there Diego, a very attentive and professional waiter, served us. He gave us advice to choose between meat and fish and we didn't say a San Pedro (in my country, Pedro rooster) grilled and some artichokes with ham, accompanied with a ribeiro, everything very good and with first-class service.

Orio Fuencarral Basque pinxtos bar is a must! Lovely casual atmosphere with dishes that transport you right into Basqueland. Major bonus for me was that with a short wait, they offered gluten free bread as a sub for most of their classics. I can’t wait to go back!
