I've been coming to this Orio restaurant for pintxos on occasion. I'm a little disappointed by the lack of hot and cold pintxos. This is probably due to the fact that it's the day after Saint Joseph's Day, and it shows. The pintxos are still good, but they could be better and more impressive. The waiters are pleasant and try to help. A positive point is the adaptation of the tapas for people with celiac disease, although it took a while to bring the pintxos. The gluten-free bread that's defrosted could be toasted in the oven. Hot tapas shouldn't always be served first at the back of the restaurant, because they never reach the tables near the street.
