Delighted that they serve vegan, gluten-free ramen with a lovely complex broth that is hearty and satisfying. The topping variety is equally interesting, as is the touch of truffle oil.
I could not help but ask for another round of steamed edamame after my first—-the truffle and crispy shallots make it hands down the best edamame snack/first course I’ve been served in the region.
Cheery, quirky and charming, the dining space feels cozy, even before the steaming ramen arrives. And that restroom…though one would never characterize a pre-meal handwash as an event in which to be moved to smile, I’m telling you: today is the day.
