OY! Gluten Free Baking Company

I stopped here this morning just to get some GF food. I have never been here before and heard about it from a coworker and wanted to try it. The bakery is inside of the Polenteria restaurant (see pic for guidance to the entrance). The closest parking is the lot surrounding Victory Lane. I was able to find a spot when I arrived around 11 am Thursday even though it was fairly full. I checked the restaurants menu when I got home and found out it had an 'entire gluten free Italian menu'. Now I have to go back for dinner sometime. I got a 3 pack of Jalapeno bagels for $12, 2 large cookies at $5 each, and a brownie for $9. It was pricier than another GF bakery I had recently visited in another town.

Note: The bakery has moved to the same place as Polenteria which is just down the street. This is an excellent gluten free bakery! The muffins, donuts, and overall baked goods are always good. They have some vegan options as well though these are mostly constrained to their bread. They also offer espresso and other coffee drinks (Matcha coming soon). Would definitely recommend. Make sure to come early morning as most baked goods are sold out closer to their closing time.
