Oak Barrel of Eagle Restaurant and Lounge

Went here growing up as a kid. I still love it to this day. So many good healthy options for vegans and gluten free meals for all. The food and drink is delicious and I love how everyone ends up feeling included at this location. The atmosphere is great and the patio is excellent. Really great place and honestly my favorite restaurant in the Boise area. I recommend going here if you are gluten free or even if you just want a good meal. I promise you won't be disappointed!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this restaurant! This is the first restaurant we’ve been in since Covid where I’ve actually had a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing & one of my favorite things was that there was no overly loud music! You could actually sit & have a conversation without yelling across a table. Now the food….it was delicious! As someone who is gluten free I can’t remember the last time I had so many options. They even had a fresh bread which was incredible! Everything we ate was perfectly seasoned & so good. You have to try the seafood chowder! You could tell the food was made with great care, thought & love & my husband and I are so excited to find our new favorite restaurant!
